All our culinary herbs are hand cut from remote aromatic hillsides, far from sources of pollution, and taken to a sechoir (traditional wooden drying room) on top of a mountain, with distant views to the Mediterranean.
Here they are gently dried by the warm winds of the Midi. No metal boxes heated to extraordinary temperatures here and most certainly no fumigation and no irradiation. To start off this new (for us) venture into the world of the foodie, we're delighted to propose three tisanes that do what they say on the label and still manage to taste pretty good.
