Returns & Refunds Policy
If the goods we
deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is
of an incorrect quantity, please contact
us within 10 working days of the delivery of
the goods in question to claim a full refund or replacement and a free
postage return label. We ask that you return the goods in question (including a
copy of the original invoice) within 14 days of their receipt, to Tortue Rouge
International Limited at the address below.
You may exchange or have a
refund on all goods, providing they are returned to us in their original
condition, sealed, unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of
the original purchase. Please send with proof of purchase (in the instance
where you have no receipt, the company will be happy to offer an exchange) to
the address given below. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are
faulty.
We will not refund your
costs in returning an item to us and other services provided to you in
connection with your purchase, unless you return the item to us because of an
error on our part or because it is defective. Please note that we reserve
the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 28 days
unless they are faulty.
The above does not affect
your statutory rights.
By law, customers located in
the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item
within seven working days of the day after the date the item was delivered. Where you are withdrawing
from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there
has been no error on our part, then just as soon as you return the item, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost
of sending the item to you.
